Council of Artists

The Council of Artists is a membership body comprised of all past and current SWAIA Santa Fe Indian Market artists. The purpose of the Council of Artists is to ensure ongoing communication between the artists and SWAIA in matters pertinent to the Santa Fe Indian Market, as well as the larger mission of sustaining and promoting Native American arts.

Meetings of the Council membership are held at least three times annually. The Council of Artists is governed by three SWAIA Board Members who are also SWAIA artists.

If you are a SWAIA Santa Fe Indian Market artist who would like to provide feedback to SWAIA, please plan on attending the meetings listed below. You can also fill out a "Talking Stick" form (downloadable PDF) and return the form to SWAIA. Your opinions are valuable to us and we like to know what you think.
