Santa Fe Indian Market

While You're In Santa Fe

Santa Fe, NM is a city like none other in the United States. With a unique blend of cultures and fascinating history, you'll never run out of things to see or do (if you can pull yourself away from the Santa Fe Indian Market and its myriad activities, that is!).

During Indian Market week, the town is filled with an energy like no other time of year. Special events are hosted by numerous organizations including galleries, museums and other art organizations. National Parks and Monuments are nearby that include hiking, biking and horse trails. Local Pueblos surround Santa Fe and share their tradition and culture with visitors. If you're hungry, you're in the right place, as Santa Fe boasts some of the best restaurants to be found in the United States. And, after a day of walking and perusing the many booths at Indian Market, you may want to reward yourself with some pampering at one of Santa Fe's renowned health spas.

For additional information on hotel reservations, events, and any other questions about visiting the City Different, SWAIA suggests you contact the Santa Fe Convention and Visitors Bureau at 1-800-777-CITY, or the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce at 505-983-7317. The New Mexico Tourism Department also offers a plethora of information on both Santa Fe and statewide activities, they can be reached at 1-800-733-6396. Remember to make plans to visit the Santa Fe Indian Market early, as many hotels are booked six months to a year in advance!
